Keep it up, Adel! Must stay in shape...otherwise all the FATS come and attack you and that's the end of your glowing days.

I'm trying to join as many runs and races as I can to motivate me to exercise. It's never easy and will never be but still...I need to keep in shape to fit into my wedding gowns two years later! I'll never set on a XL or XXL...not even a M! And needless to say, the double chin should be gone, not even a hint of it should bulge out! Hahahaa

So.... Ganbatte! Eat Less, Exercise More!
